Once you have accessed the module, navigate to the Broadcast Activity tab.
Step 1: Set Appropriate Filters
Selecting Time Frame
Before you begin analyzing the data in your Broadcast Activity tab, you're first going to need to set the filter in the Left Menu Bar to the specific time frame you'd like to view. You can either manually set the date and time range or choose from the set standard time frames from the Quick Range drop down menu (i.e. Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 24 Hours, etc.).
Selecting Message Type
You will also need to select what set of text messages you'd like to analyze. Select the drop down menu Campaign Msgs. Here you have the option to pick and choose which broadcast message(s) you'd like to view.
To learn more about setting appropriate filters under the Broadcast Activity tab, click HERE.
Step 2: Data Interpretation
After you have selected the appropriate filters, you should now see the applicable data per the time-frame you selected. In this example I viewed the previous month's data per my 1-Day Post-Op Check In campaign broadcast.
Formula:
(# Of People Who Stated No Call Was Needed) / (# of People who Responded to the Post Appt Campaign)
Look at your data and find the total number of people who replied to your broadcast message, and the number of people who stated they would not need a call after their visit. In my example, 218 people replied to my 1-day Post-Op Check In broadcast message, and 198 people said NO, or they would not need a phone call.
198 / 218 = 91%
Overall per my example, between 07/01/22 and 07/31/22, 91% of patients who responded to my 1-Day Post-Op Check In broadcast message stated they would not need a phone call after their recent visit.
