The Broadcast Activity tab allows you to take deeper dive into your message performance. For a defined time period you will be able to see who was eligible to receive a text message, which participants you actually reached and how they responded.
Selecting Message Type
You will need to select what set of text messages you'd like to analyze. Select the drop down menu labeled Messages. Here you have the option to pick and choose which message(s) you'd like to view. Choose from: Ad-Hoc, Campaign, Flows, Opt-In or API Messages. Use the Select All button to choose all the broadcast messages instead of individually selecting them one by one. Clicking on the Select All button again will deselect all campaigns.
Selecting Time Frame
Before you begin analyzing the data in your Broadcast Activity tab, you're first going to need to set the filter in the Left Menu Bar to the specific time frame you'd like to view. You can either manually set the date and time range or choose from the set standard time frames from the Quick Range drop down menu (i.e. Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 24 Hours, etc.).
Eligibility Rules
The rules that govern which messages are considered 'Eligible'. Use this filter to exclude any part of the Not Reached section of your report that is not relevant to the analysis. Continue reading about Eligibility Rules

Metrics Bar
Eligible Msg
The number of people who can receive a broadcast message if they are opted into a group.
Reached
Total number of messages successfully delivered to a recipient's mobile phone.
Reach %
The percentage of successfully delivered messages to a recipient's mobile phone.
Replied
The total number of responses from recipients.
Response %
The percentage of times a Subscriber replied to a message from the system for which a Flow Reply was configured. Any response to successfully delivered messages will be calculated.
Mdn Response Time
The median amount of time elapsed before a Subscriber replied to a message from the system for which a Flow Reply was configured. The median is calculated by taking the middle response time from a sorted list of eligible responses to the selected messages. (HH:MM) Format.
Earliest Available
Earliest date available to generate reporting in AnalyitcsPRO, dependent upon when your team began using Dialog Health, or sending recipient data to Dialog Health.

Export Reporting

Dialog Health enables your team to export the reports you develop from the Broadcast Activity tab. By selecting the Ellipsis located next the Metrics Bar, you will activate a drop down menu that gives you three different options: Fullscreen, Download as CSV, and Download as PDF
