When viewing an AnalyticsPRO Diagram, you have the option to view and genreate a report based on the entire diagram or an individual metric of your choosing.
Launching A Diagram List
1. Once your time frame is established, select the metric of your choice from the diagram that you'd like to generate a report on:
2. After selecting a metric, a report preview window will appear. on the report preview window, select the "Download A CSV" button in the bottom left of the window:

Sorting, Viewing and Filtering Diagram Lists
The following video demonstrates how you have the capability to sort the column of your choice, rearange and move columns, and apply filters when viewing the diagram list of your choice:
Outgoing Messages
Outgoing Message - The most recent message sent to the recipient
When - The date and time the message was sent
Person - The subscriber who received a message
Mobile - The phone number the message was sent to
Additional Phone Number - If the mobile number is not confirmed as a valid number, the secondary phone number will be tried
Email - The recipient's email address
Reason (messages failed reason only) - Explanation or error code as to why the attempted message failed to send
Status (message status) - Was the message delivered
Type - The classification of the message that was sent out (Campaign, Ad-Hoc, Direct Text, Flow Reply etc.)
Appointment Information Toggle - For messages that are relayed to a specific appointment you will see an option to toggle the appointment details on or off
Incoming Messages
Lead Message - The initial message the recipient is responding to
Incoming Message - The most recent message received by the recipient
Outgoing Message - The most recent message sent to the recipient
When - The date and time the message was received
Person - The subscriber who received a message
Mobile - The phone number the message was sent to

Appointment Details
The appointment details toggle is only available when the sent message relates to a campaign broadcast sent based appointment information. You may also see appointment details for incoming message responses via flow replies or unknown responses.
