Eligibility Rules

What are Eligibility Rules?

The rules governing which messages are considered ‘Eligible’. The Broadcast Activity report splits Eligible Messages into Reached and Not Reached subcategories. An Eligible, Reached Person(s) will be opted-in for mobile engagement, maintain a mobile phone number that is eligible to receive text communications, and match the criteria your team set to receive the messaging being reviewed in the Broadcast Activity report. 

Using the Eligibility Rules option in the left-menu bar of your Broadcast Activity report, you can exclude any section(s) that are not relevant to your analysis of Eligible, Not Reached person(s). 



Bad Mobile

Where targeted message recipient has a bad mobile number.

Failed Messages

Where message to targeted recipient failed.

No Mobile

Where targeted message recipient has no mobile number.

Opted-Out

Where targeted message recipient has already opted-out.

To Be Subscribed

Where targeted message recipient has not yet been opted-in.
