Manually Adding An Individual to Your Console
If you'd like to add an individual to your console and would prefer to skip the CSV method, check out the following instructions on how to do so with your Dialog Health Console:
1. Login to your Dialog Health and select the patient tab:
2. On the Patients page, select the "Add Patient" button to the right of the "Import Patients" button, to open to edit patient window:
3. On the add patient window, at minimum you must fill in the patients first & last name, mobile number, and select the appropriate group to send messages to someone. If you have the participant ID or DOB, enter that as well so that you can better identify persons with the same name.
4. The additional information fields and Misc fields can be filled out to your preference.
5. Once you've added the patient and relevant information select Save to add the patient. After selecting save the patient will receive the opt in message.
