How do I identify a non-mobile number?
Dialog
Health validates all phone numbers before they are subscribed and only
“opts-in” Patients who have a valid mobile phone number in the Mobile Phone
or Additional Phone Field. Once you get a valid
mobile phone number added for this Patient, the Patient can be
opted in.
System Error Notification
If you try to manually opt-in a patient and get the notification below, it means that the number you have in your scheduling system is a landline. Please obtain a valid mobile number before trying to opt the patient again.
Unknown Carrier
You can also identify a landline by opening up the Patient Record. If you see "Unknown" to the right of the mobile number, the means that the number is not a known mobile carrier.
Our support line is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
