As a best practice, we recommend clients importing more than 5,000 rows per hour import overnight to ensure that all data is processed before their campaigns go out the following day.
Overnight: 9pm CST - 3am CST
Our support line is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
