Emergency/Mass Communication with Ad-Hoc Broadcasts

Spontaneous messages can be promptly dispatched in response to urgent situations. Avoid any language barriers that might hinder communication with your audience during these critical moments. Set up these messages in different languages, and employ audience filters to ensure they reach the appropriate subscribers.

Customizable Templates

Develop standard responses in various languages to enhance individual communication with your subscribers. Templates enable you to construct pre-defined answers for the most frequently asked questions from your subscribers.

Keys to Success

  1. To direct a multilingual message to a specific audience, language preference must be an additional field included in your data integration with Dialog Health. If your team does not have an additional field for Language preferences, you can still build multilingual messaging by combining your messages!

  1. Watch out for Unicode characters! The use of characters with accents or diacritics can limit the length of your text message. Click HERE to learn more about GSM v.s. Unicode Character Sets.

  1. Please note that Dialog Health does not provide translation services. Our team will help create a message based on the translated language that you provide.
