Managing your Triage is now simpler with Dialog Health's Triage Notifications. These email alerts give you a quick snapshot of your Console's Triage in analyticsPRO, highlighting messages that need attention, and prompting users to log-in. Designed with ease and efficiency in mind, this feature helps ensure timely responses and smoother workflows.

Optimizing Subscription Management via Activity Status

From the very first touchpoint to the last, Dialog Health provides a host of automated and manual tools to optimize subscription management. In an effort to continually optimize this process, we have introduced a new field called Activity Status. 

Subscribers can be either 'Active' or 'Inactive'. Active subscribers are those who are yet to be subscribed, opted-in, or have opted-out via traditional methods. Managing Activity Status or marking a subscriber as 'Inactive' allows end-users to discreetly opt-out patients who may have passed away or no longer wish to receive any form of communication, ensuring a smoother experience. This process prevents the patient from receiving further engagement without sending an opt-out notification.

Introducing The Dialog Health Message Results API

We listened to your feedback, and we know how important it is to access and analyze your data. That’s why we transformed our writeback functionality into the new Dialog Health Message Results API. Now, you can easily extract message data from your Dialog Health Console, including details on recipients, message types, and delivery status—all in one place.
