NEW FUNCTIONALITY AND IMPROVEMENTS TO CORE PLATFORM

FILE BASED MESSAGING: Want to send a specific message to people you already have organized in one file? Now you can! Updated functionality streamlines the ability to send that message from one screen. We're releasing this upon request initially, so please contact Support@DialogHealth.com if you would like to be trained and have this new interface activated. Learn more.

AD-HOC MESSAGING CLONE: Find yourself frequently sending essentially the same Ad-hoc Message over and over? Check out the new Clone button we've introduced for you! Learn more. 

AD-HOC STATUS BAR: Unsure when the Ad-Hoc message you just configured to send ASAP will be ready for delivery? Check-out the new Ad-Hoc Status Bar. 

AD-HOC LAYOUT & UX: Confused by '0 days before' and '0 days after' event? We fixed that! Now you can clearly specify that you want a campaign sent on the same day. Check-out "appointment/event date is today" option to Campaign Send Time.

EXPANDED CONSOLE LIBRARY: Are the labels Patient and Appointments for your subscribers too limiting? No problem - we have added a new console type. Contact support@dialoghealth.com to change your console labels to 'persons and events'. 

IMPROVED INTERACTIVITY: By popular demand, the "Eligible Messages" section for each Broadcast Activity is now clickable! You can now View, Filter, Export and/or perform Bulk Actions on all of these Persons.

OTHER PERFORMANCE AND SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS

- DB Maintenance for performance improvements and Access Rights improvements for multi-console users

- Replaced all "Appointment" verbiage with "Events" for all HR Consoles Types

- Resolved confusing metrics for Not Reached and Opt-Out calculations when analyzing Opt-In performance in aPRO

- Removed case-sensitivity when filtering Persons Column in aPRO's Listing Tabs

- Exports from aPRO Diagram Lists and Listing are now responsive to any Filters applies on-screen

- Removed non-functioning Export button from aPRO's Diagram Lists, Exporting from Bulk Actions still functioning

- Optimized performance of Broadcast Activity Message Left-Menu

- Added User Name to Person History log when Subscribers are sent messages via Direct Texting in aPRO

- Bug-fix that caused text overlay on the "Bulk Action" button in the Listings tab
