Content Library

Broadcast Specific Median Response Time 

Recent analysis across our platform has taught us that for every 100 upcoming events you have schedule, you should reach 96 of them with your pre-visit text messages. Additionally, should you ask your patients to confirm that visit, you can expect 59 of them will respond within about 2.5 hours of message delivery. 


The introduction of Median Response Time further empowers you to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns.  While you're already analyzing the quality of your mobile phone number capture with Reach Rates, the Response Rate + Median Response Time metrics enable you to quantify how well the verbiage in your messages quickly generates the reply message you need to operate your business. API Opt-Out Management Has Arrived 

Managing your subscribers across the engagement life cycle has never been easier than with the DH Persons-Events-Subscription Status Rest APIIn addition to securely importing Person and Event data, you can now seamlessly initiate new opt-in's and/or opt-out's via this API. Whether you are opting-out patients or removing employees who are no longer with you, changes in your local systems can automatically make updates to ours.
