Inbound Translation
To translate incoming messages from a different language to English, select the Translation Icon found in the Actions column.

Outbound Translation
To reply to a subscriber in their preferred language:
1. Open a new messaging window and compose your message.
2. Before sending, choose the desired language for translation.
3. Click the Translation Icon to apply the translation.
4. Hit Send to deliver the message in the subscriber’s preferred language.
