Release v35 Sep.9.2022

Here is what is new to Dialog Health's core platform:
  1. You can now label your miscellaneous fields! Have an admin navigate to the setup screen to label patient misc 1-5 and appointment misc 1-5. These labels will appear on the Home screen, Patient screen and Patient Info screen, where applicable.
  2. Triage improvements: You now have the ability to display Console Keywords. You also now have the option to choose to display Help and Unknown in Triage.
  3. New alert when sending Ad-hoc messages: 100% of ad-hoc messages will display an estimated target audience
  4. Improvement to merging participants: The merge participant function now merges both sets of appointments rather than keeping just one.
  5. You will now see the new AnalyticsPRO branding
Key Updates to AnalyticsPRO
  1. "All Times Central" added to UI so now all users are aware that all activity is shown in Central Time
  2. Download CSV added to all diagram lists
  3. Bulk opt-out is now available as a bulk action from all diagram lists
  4. API messages are  now available to view for clients who send SMS API messages
  5. After taking a bulk action, informational alerts have been added about opt-in and opt-out status
Bug Fixes and Improvements:
  1. Fixes to both broadcasts when using 'is' or 'is not' filters with multiple selections
  2. Flow replies are now properly severed from campaigns when another message is sent in between
  3. SMS character counts in broadcasts and direct text corrected to match SMS sent in Analytics
  4. Txt4Info routing when same as console keywords
  5. Updated 10DLC failed message codes so Outbox and AnaltyicsPRO properly show SMS
  6. Fix for not-subscribed and not-reached tracking
