Many of you are already sending messages in multiple languages today - navigating Unicode characters and SMS segmentation natively within the Dialog Health platform. Our new Segment Bar makes that process much easier to manage and even more transparent.
Dialog Health’s new Segment Bar: - Dynamically shows you how many SMS segments your message consists of, so you can plan, create, and workshop your messages with confidence.
- Displays how many characters and which character set is being used (GSM or Unicode) – to keep you in the know and avoid unexpected message lengths.
- Flags Unicode characters – highlighted in yellow – to help you identify which characters are part of the "heavier" Unicode character set.

- DH Short Links now use HTTPS: For added security and trust, all DH Short Links are now generated using HTTPS instead of HTTP. This ensures your links are secure and your recipients can engage with confidence.
- DH Support Resources: The Knowledge Base and "Need Some Help" redirects within our platform have been corrected, making it easier to access support and find answers on demand.
