How to Set Up a Sponsor Code
What is a Sponsor Code?
Once you have created a Sponsor Code, it will appear at the beginning of each Ad-hoc Broadcast, Campaign Broadcast Message, or Direct Text Message dispatched by your team. As a best practice, Dialog Health recommends identifying your organization when texting your audience. The sponsor code eliminates the need for your team to manually input your organization's name in each text.
How do I personalize my Sponsor Code?
To create or edit your team's sponsor code, users with Admin access can navigate to the Setup Tab, and select Preferences.
By selecting Change, a window will be prompted, allowing you to input your new sponsor code. It is important to note that your sponsor code should not exceed 25 characters.
