How to Personalize Misc Field Labels
What are Miscellaneous Fields?
Dialog Health offers the ability to send messages to subgroups from your complete participant population based on your preferences. Utilizing the Person Misc fields and the Appointment/Event Misc fields, you'll be able to filter your participants into smaller subgroups that you can then target with specific messages of your choice. Where Do I Go to Personalize Miscellaneous Fields?
To help your team remember the meaning that you choose for each miscellaneous field, Admins can personalize the labels for each field under the Setup tab.
1) Select Setup
2) Select Preferences
3) At the bottom of the Preferences tab, you will see a section to personalize Person Labels as well as Appointment/Event Labels
4) To personalize the labels, select Change next to the appropriate label. This will initiate a new window to open which will allow you to label the selected field.
5) After you have named your label, select Update, then select ok after you receive the system response that indicates your label has been updated.
6) You can label as many fields as you'd like, or leave on the default naming convention. Each field has a limit of 15 Characters including spaces.
Where Will I See the Personalized Labels in Dialog Health?
Home Tab
In the home tab, you will be able to see Appt/Event Labels 1 + 2.
Ad-Hoc Messaging + Campaign Broadcast Messaging
For both messaging types, now when you select your "Send When" rules, the rules will show your customized label.
Dynamic Tags
Anywhere in the console where you can utilize dynamic tags to personalize your message, you can hover your mouse over each field to see the label you created.
Person Profile
If your are adding an new patient or employee or updating an existing one, you will see the updated labels at the bottom of their profile.
Appointment/Event Lists
Persons Appointment/Event Lists will show Appt/Event Misc Labels 1-5.
Diagram Lists
Located within the Reporting Tab as well as AnalyticsPRO, all Diagram Lists enable you to see Person and Appointment/Event labels. Click HERE to learn more about Diagram Lists.
