Boost Security with Multi-Factor Authentication via SMS
Reach out to our Client Success team to discuss enabling Multi-Factor Authentication for your organization.
Elevate your security standards with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). In the healthcare industry, protecting sensitive patient information is not just a priority—it’s a necessity. MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring additional verification via email, ensuring that only authorized users can access your Dialog Health Console.
By enabling MFA, you gain top-tier protection, enhancing trust and confidence. Feel secure knowing your data is safeguarded with this advanced security feature.
Once Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, your end-users will be required to complete this process each time they login to Dialog Health.
What To Expect - MFA via SMS/RCS
1. Once MFA is enabled, users must enter their email address and valid password to log in. They have five attempts to enter the correct password before their account is locked. For more information on handling a locked account, click HERE.
2. After submitting the correct email and password, a verification text will be sent to the user's phone number, provided it is valid. Depending on the end-user's settings configured on their mobile handset, they will receive the code from Dialog Health either via SMS or RCS.
3. Users must enter the correct verification code from the text message to access the platform. They have five attempts to enter the correct code before being locked out of Dialog Health.
Our support line is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
