Our new link shortening feature allows you to create tiny URLs and seamlessly populate them directly into your manual and automated workflows. This functionality not only improves the aesthetics of your messages but also makes it easier for patients to access the information they need. You also have access to create link to PDFs and QR codes!

1. You can generate shortened URLs, drop them directly into your SMS workflows, and track performance—all within minutes and all by yourself.
2. Anywhere in Dialog Health where you can build a message, a link menu will appear in the top right-hand corner of the text box. Select the link menu to reveal your list of shortened links as well as the option to 'manage links'.
3. To add a new link, click the 'Manage Short Links' button. This will take you to a new login page on our Admin App for link generation. Please use the same login information that you have to access the Dialog Health Platform when accessing the Admin App.
4. Once you have access, you now have the ability to create your custom links by naming them and generating your preferred style (common or unique), link to PDF generation, or custom QR code generation.
5. Create Your Link! Here you can choose your link type or creating a link to a PDF
Custom/Common Links- If enabled, you can personalize your link. See total click rates to learn more about how many times your link is being viewed.
Unique Links- Gain insight on total clicks + person level clicks. Know who is engaging with your links.
Link to PDF- Generate a link to any PDF file you would like to share with your recipients.
6. Once your link has been created, you can now see it on your Admin App home screen. Once created, this is where you have the ability to edit and delete previously made link
7. Now your link is ready to use! Go back to your message in Dialog Health and refer back to the link icon in the top right of your message bubble. Click on the icon and your created links will now display in a drop-down menu. Click your preferred link to add it to your message.

HOW TO: Track Your Shortened Link Clicks
After you add your shortened links to your engagement, you can track the activity across your links using AnalyticsPRO.
1. Navigate to AnalyticsPRO
2. Select the Console Activity Report
3. Select the Link Clicks Metric from the Metrics Bar

The total number of times DH Shortened links have been clicked for the selected time range. Clicks will only be tracked for links shortened by Dialog Health
4. The Link Clicks Diagram List will populate and present a break down of each link in use, and the total number of clicks per link.
HOW TO: Track Your Unique Link
With this feature, you can go beyond total clicks and see exactly which of your subscribers clicked on a Dialog Health short link - and who didn't. This added visibility empowers you to follow up with precision, personalize future communication, and make smarter, data-driven decisions that drive real results.
1. Navigate to AnalyticsPRO
2. Select the Broadcast Activity Report
3. Configure the Left Menu Bar to review your automated campaign messages which contain your shortened link.
4. The diagram will populate your report, and display the quantity of link clicks received from your campaign. Our new stat, Click % in the metrics bar will automatically calculate interaction percentage!
5. Interact with your diagram to review who has clicked your link. A new column in the diagram lists will allow you to differentiate between those who have/have not clicked.
