Conversational Messaging Window

We're thrilled to unveil one of our most requested features, the Conversational Messaging Window. Designed to enhance real-time, back-and-forth conversations between you and your patients or staff, this functionality restricts the number of unknown responses our platform sends within a 24-hour period, promoting a more seamless communication experience while also enabling compliance with the applicable laws and industry best practices.


By reducing automated unknown replies, the Conversational Messaging Window facilitates smoother and more natural conversations, fostering better engagement and understanding. After a decade of successfully delivering your messages to the hands of your patients and staff, we're excited to extend our engagement offerings to ensure your content reaches the devices your subscribers carry in their pockets. 

Our new link shortening feature allows you to create tiny URLs and seamlessly populate them directly into your manual and automated workflowsThis functionality not only improves the aesthetics of your messages but also makes it easier for patients to access the information they need.

Beta: Link Engagement Tracking

Shortening and populating links directly into your engagement, is only part of the story. We are happy to announce that you can also track the performance of your Dialog Health shortened linksWhether you're sharing links for intake forms, bill pay, educational resources, or any other patient-related information, our link engagement tracking feature provides additional insights to optimize the patient experience.

You can now easily monitor how many times each link has been clicked, offering a more complete picture of engagement and reach. Optimizing your communication strategies, tracking content engagement, and making data-driven decisions to further improve patient readiness and outcomes just got easier.

Improvements & Fixes

  • Trigger API Message Performance: Messages sent via the Trigger API are now available for analysis in the Broadcast Activity Tab in analyticsPRO. 
  • DH MSG Results API: The writeback API has been improved to return message data in UTC, offering a more convenient and globally recognized time format. 
  • User Interface Enhancements: We've continued to polish our user interface, making it smoother and more enjoyable to use. Plus, we've addressed various formatting bugs to ensure everything is clear and easy to navigate. 

   
   
   

Simplify Response Management with Triage Email Notifications

   

Managing your Triage is now simpler with Dialog Health's Triage Notifications. These email alerts provide a quick snapshot of your Console's Triage in analyticsPRO, highlighting messages that need attention, and prompting users to log in. Designed with ease and efficiency in mind, this feature helps ensure timely responses and smoother workflows.
