Accessing Dialog Health AnalyticsPRO

How Can I Access Dialog Health AnalyticsPRO?

You can directly launch into Listing via any of the quick links found on the Home tab, Patients/Employees tab, Inbox tab, and Outbox tab.

AnalyticsPRO Tab

Dialog Health AnalyticsPRO can be accessed by selecting the AnalyticsPRO tab listed in the Main Menu. This will prompt a new window to open to take you to the module. 



If your team does not have access to the module, your AnalyticsPRO tab will appear greyed out. If you attempt to access the module, our system will notify you that you do not have access. 



Please contact your sales representative or support@dialoghealth.com if you are interested in learning more about turning on AnalyticsPRO for your team. 

Once the module has opened in a new tab, you'll see detailed reporting on Console Trends, Console Activity, Broadcast Activity, Console Reachability, and Listing. Easily navigate between your Console and AnlyticsPRO by selecting your console name on any report. Your console name can be found in the bottom of the left menu bar. 



Direct Access

Dialog Health is a web-based platform that can be accessed through our preferred browsers. As long as you have the website link to Dialog Health or the Dialog Health AnalyticsPRO link and an internet connection, you'll be able to access both features.
