Know Who Clicked - Introducing Unique Click Tracking

In our last release, we simplified online content distribution with short links, seamless link population, and total click metrics—giving you a better understanding of how often your content was being interacted with. 


Now, we’re taking engagement to the next level.


We’re excited to launch our new product - Unique Click Tracking. With this feature, you can go beyond total clicks and see exactly which of your subscribers clicked on a Dialog Health short link—and who didn’t. This added visibility empowers you to follow up with precision, personalize future communication, and make smarter, data-driven decisions that drive real results.

Branded QR Codes Have Arrived!

Dialog Health is also excited to introduce the latest addition to our mobile engagement suite: Branded QR Codes. Our team can now create fully customized QR codes for your organization—featuring your logo, brand colors, labels, and borders. These branded QR codes not only reinforce your identity and build trust but also make it easier for patients and staff to access important online resources—whether it’s scheduling tools, educational content, wellness programs, or online portals. Every scan becomes a simple, branded gateway to better engagement.

Improvements & Fixes

  • DH Website SMS Counter: We’ve made our SMS character counter available outside of the platform! While this tool has always helped you compose and optimize messages in-platform, you can now access it independently to plan your communications anytime. This added flexibility supports more efficient collaboration and ensures your messages remain clear and cost-effective.

  • Bulk Opt-out with more DH File Formats: Bulk opt-out now recognizes our 17 and 32 column file formats! While this functionality isn’t new, it’s now more flexible—making it easier to manage patient or staff opt-outs at scale, no matter which of our CSV formats you leverage.

   
   
   
   
   

GLP-1 Surgery Cancellations Avoided Thanks To Mobile Engagement

   

GLP-1s like Ozempic and Wegovy are now widely used for managing type-2 diabetes and weight loss. But their popularity has revealed a pre-op risk: delayed gastric emptying. One ASC experienced a rise in same-day surgery cancellations when patients unknowingly stayed on these medications, prompting a revamp of their protocols and patient communication.


The facility’s care team introduced a simple but effective solution using Dialog Health: a text sent 10 days before each procedure asked patients if they were taking a GLP-1 medication. Those who replied YES received clear, timely instructions: stop injectables 7 days before, or orals 24 hours before. This proactive outreach gave patients the guidance they needed ahead of time, significantly reducing last-minute cancellations, anesthesia risks, and hospital admissions
