Enhanced Opt-In Experience For Your Audience And Reduced Workload For You!

Group-Specific Opt-In Messages: 

Sometimes one size does not fit all and no longer must you send the same subscription alert to each of your subscribers. With our new Group-Specific Opt-In Messages you can say “Welcome”, “Bienvenido”, or even “韦尔科姆” in your notifications based upon which group a person is assigned.  


Group personalization can include: 

  • Language: English, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.
  • Differentiating between patients and employees
  • Or any custom criteria you prefer!

Automated Opt-In Using Audience Filters – Improve the subscription process.


We've upgraded our Auto Opt-in Campaign Engine by integrating the Audience Filters you already use in Broadcasts.  No more manual tasks—effortlessly route subscribers to named Groups using data you're already sending to Dialog Health, such as Language, Insurance Provider, Membership Level, or Employment Status. 

   
   

Increased SMS Character Count Per Message:


We are thrilled to announce a 50% boost in the capacity of each message you send. Recognizing the vital role of language inclusion in effective communication and embracing the popularity of emojis - both of which can increase character counts - we’ve extended the limit of each message you send from 4 SMS to 6 SMS. That is 100’s of more characters to ensure the effectiveness of your communication!

  • AnalyticsPRO – Clear filters in Listings & Diagrams Lists with the click of a button
  • AnalyticsPRO – Updated functionality with “WHEN” column to accurately sort by date 
  • Copy Console Code – Ease of identification when working with customer support
  • Relocated the color theme selector within Core to the burger menu
