We are excited to announce the release of new functionality and bug-fixes to the Dialog Health's Core Platform + AnalyticsPRO. See below to learn more about the latest revisions: We've added some new features, tinkered with internal workings, and polished some rough edges.

CORE Improvements:

• Expanded Quick Links from Core to aPRO (Outbox, Inbox, Persons)

AnalyticsPRO Improvements:

• Expanded Listings tab to include Inbox, Outbox, & Persons providing the ability to generate custom lists for incoming and outgoing messages
• Added Bulk Actions throughout the Listing tab so you can now direct text and opt-in 
• New default views added to each tab providing activity for today
• Export is now available from the Listing tab, and remember that all exports are inclusive to what you see on-screen!
• Future looking quick picks added to Listing Events view
• Tool Tip functionality expanded to message related segments of diagram lists & Listing
• Added person message history to Events & Triage view of Listing
• Users can now change password and use forgot password link via aPRO

Tech Improvements: 

• Buttoned up password expiration for all users & Change Password functionality for Partner users
• Fixed listing date filter in aPRO
• Cleaned up screen refresh after quick opt-in and patient merge
• Updated quick pick parameters
• Change ID URL security improvements
• Fixed endless Triage loading in aPRO
• Enhanced import & import + opt-in Procedure
• Cleaned up CSV exports across all of aPRO
• Fixed column persistence in the Listing tab of aPRO
• Streamlined first & last name columns in aPRO
• When in Full Screen, Full Screen Icon now reverts to windowed view in aPRO
