Release Notes v25 Jan.9.2021

The following features are now available in Release v25. 

1. Filter Recipients by Appointment Time
   
2. Use Multiple Values in Filters
   
3. Exclude Recipients Using “Is Not” Filter

Filter Recipients by Appointment Time

Send targeted text messages to your recipients based on their appointment time. You can use a stand-alone time filter or multiple at once. 

• Appointment Time is After 7:00 am
  

• Appointment Time is Before 5:00 pm
  

• Appointment Time is After 5:00 am + Before 7:00 pm
  

The time filters for “Before” and “After” are exclusive. Using a value like “7:00 am” for either filter will not include Appointments/Events scheduled exactly at 7:00 am.

Where: This feature is now available in Campaign Broadcasts and Ad-Hoc Broadcasts. When using the Appointment Time filter in an Ad-Hoc Broadcast, it must be used along with the Appointment Date filter.

 

Use Multiple Values in Filters

Save time by selecting multiple values in your filters in the same broadcast. If you want to send the same text message to multiple providers or appointment types, you can now select more than one of these value at a time. 

• Provider Name Is Yin, Jones, Alvez
  

• Appointment Name Is Annual Visit, Blood Draw 

Where: This feature is now available in Campaign Broadcasts and Ad-Hoc Broadcasts.

 

Exclude Recipients Using “Is Not” Filter

You can now exclude recipients from texts based on their Appointment Name and Provider Name using the “Is Not” filter. Remember, multiple values can be selected at a time, if necessary. 

• Provider Name Is Not Yin, Jones
  

• Appointment Name Is Not Surgery 
  

Where: This feature is now available in Campaign Broadcasts and Ad-Hoc Broadcasts.
