How to Send an Opt-in Message in AnalyitcsPRO

Using the Console Activity, Broadcast Activity, Console Reachability, and Listing report in AnalyticsPRO, your team can send opt-in text messages using Bulk Actions. 

You can not opt-in members from AnalyitcsPRO who have previously requested to opt out of messaging from your team. To learn more about how to manually opt-in a member after they have requested to opt-out, navigate to this article: The First Step in Mobile Engagement: Opt-in

Bulk Action: Opt-in 

1. Navigate to the AnalyitcsPRO module

2. Select your preferred report

3. Open the Diagram List, or use the Listings Report to find the person(s), you'd like to opt-in

4. Select all applicable person(s)

5. Select Bulk Action > Opt-in




6. Select the opt-in group(s) that you would like to add them to, and select confirm

If your team leverages multilingual messaging, make sure to check the Person's language preference to ensure they are added to the correct opt-in group. Click HERE to learn more. 















7. The opt-in message will be triggered instantly. The system may take up to 10 minutes to fully reflect the status change.



8. Select the Person's Name to see updated messaging history. 





Quick Opt-in

You can also opt-in people on an individual basis by selecting their phone number from the Diagram List. From there, if the person is eligible for opt-in, a new window will open to select what opt-in group you would like to add them to.
