About Listing

What is Listing?

The Listing report in Dialog Health's AnalyticsPRO module empowers your team to focus on the data that matters most. This report includes 5 custom views for Events, Triage, Person, Inbox, and Outbox. While the display for Triage and Appointments/Events on the Home tab of your Dialog Health console is limited to preset parameters about the person or their events/appointments, the Listing report lets you customize your view to present data that is most valuable to your team. 

Where Can I Find Listing?

You can directly launch into Listing via any of the quick links found on the Home tab, Patients/Employees tab, Inbox tab, and Outbox tab.



AnalyticsPRO Tab

Select the AnalyticsPRO tab in your Dialog Health console. This will launch the AnalyticsPRO module in a new tab on your browser.



Navigate to the Listing report.



In the Left-Menu Bar, under the Listing drop-down, you will see the 5 custom views available in the Listing report.



Listing - Events

The Events Report in AnalyitcsPRO facilitates the display of a comprehensive list of events or appointments, based on the specific date and time range chosen in the Left-Menu Bar. A majority of our end users are accustomed to accessing their schedule through the Home tab in Dialog Health. In AnalyitcsPRO, this report is enhanced with advanced customization options, including the ability to personalize columns and apply filters. Listing - Triage

The Triage Report in AnalyitcsPRO allows you to review the incoming messages that need priority care from your team. A majority of our end users are accustomed to accessing the Triage through the Home tab in Dialog Health. In AnalyitcsPRO, this report is enhanced with advanced customization options, including the ability to personalize columns and apply filters. Listing - Person

The Person Report in AnalyitcsPRO allows you to review every person your team has imported to Dialog Health. A majority of our end users are accustomed to accessing the Patient, Employee, or Person tab through your Dialog Health console. Listing - Inbox/Outbox

ThInbox/Outbox Report in AnalyitcsPRO allows you to review incoming and outgoing messages.
