Listing - Inbox/Outbox

How do I view the Inbox/Outbox in AnalyticsPRO?

Quickly navigate to Listing in AnalyticsPRO by using the quick link that can be found in your Dialog Health console. The Inbox and Outbox tabs both contain this quick link.


AnalyticsPRO Tab

Select the AnalyticsPRO tab in your Dialog Health console. This will launch the AnalyticsPRO module in a new tab.


Navigate to the Listing report.



In the left menu bar, under the Listing drop-down, select Inbox or Outbox depending on the messages you are looking for.


Left Menu Bar

Use the left menu bar to select your preferred date/time range. You can set your preferred times and dates to filter, or you can use quick picks to select a predefined range. To learn more about navigating the left menu bar, click HERE

Right Menu Bar

In the Listing report, you have the flexibility to organize your census in Dialog Health on screen by message details and person demographics and Person Misc fields. Additionally, the Right Menu Bar provides the option to customize columns and Filters according to your preferences.

Columns

To customize the data displayed in the Listing report, use the Columns feature to select or deselect each data point you want to include. Once you've made your selections, they will be saved for future use. This is useful because if you navigate away from AnalyticsPRO Listing and return later, your previous column preferences will still be applied. 



In addition, you have the ability to customize the order in which columns are displayed. Simply select the header row of the column you want to move and drag it to your desired position. Alternatively, you can use the right menu bar to drag and drop each column. 



What does the Triaged column mean?
The values in this column will be listed as YES or NO to indicate whether or not that incoming message is currently located in your Triage. Incoming messages will display in the Triage and require action taken from a console user to remove them from the display. To learn more about managing your Triage, click HERE. 

Filters

The Filters option can be a useful tool when sorting through a large amount of data. In the example below, I used the When filter to search for messages received on 04/15/2022. The filter functionality in the listing report is very similar to using filters in Diagram Lists. 



Use filters to review subsets of your data in all listing reports. 



To hide or minimize the right menu bar, you can either click on the Columns/Filters tabs to hide, or you can drag the edge of the right menu bar to minimize.



Select Clear Filters when you're all done to revert back to standard view. 

How to Review Messaging History

Select the person's First/Last Name to display their messaging history. 



This will populate a new window where you can review the person's comprehensive messaging history. Use the right-menu bar to further filter and sort messaging history as needed, or download the person's messaging history to a CSV file.
