Reports: Reach Report

About Reports

Reports gives you the capability to view quick statistics related to your Dialog Health console. The Reports tab is a great resource to view statistics related to your overall console activity and the projected impact of your future communications. You'll find the Reports tab at the top of your console. Once you select the tab, you will be directed to view the TREND and REACH reports

About Reach

Console Reachability illustrates how successful you will be in engaging your participants with future appointments. This diagram provides an interactive on-screen display of participants with both valid an invalid mobile numbers within our system. Leverage this information to update unreachable participants so you can further improve your reach and save time making fewer live phone calls!

The Metrics Bar

Future Appointments
Total number of upcoming appointment scheduled.

Reachable
Of the future appointments, this is the total number of mobile numbers that are capable of receiving a text message.

Reachability %
Percentage of those mobile numbers that are valid mobile numbers.

Ellipses
The ellipses gives you the ability to download the data associated to your reach diagram either as a CSV file or a PDF file.

Interacting with the Reach Diagram

By selecting the Green or Purple bars in the diagram, you will be able to view the Reachability Preview. Here you can see the patient's information, messaging history, and appointment details. In the example below I selected the purple, 40 Unreachable based off of the Reach Diagram.

1. View Previous Messaging History: by selecting the arrow, a drop down menu will appear to view the patients messaging history.

2. Appointment Details: By selecting this option, the data will extend to the right to show you more details related to the patient's appointment.

3.  Download a CSV: This option allows you to download the selected data into a CSV file. As soon as you select this option the file will automatically download.

4. Bulk Action: If you select one person or multiple people within the Reachability Preview, you have the ability use the the Bulk Action button to Add Note or Direct TXT the selected people.

Add Note

Select Add Note to document on the person(s).

Once you finish and select Submit, Dialog Health will ask you to confirm if you'd like to add this note to the number of recipients selected. Choose Confirm if you are ready to add your note or Cancel if you'd like to back out of creating the note.

Once you hit Confirm the Note will be added. To see the Note you added, select the drop down arrow next to the person's name. This will reveal the Messaging History for that person. You will be able to differentiate the message by seeing the Event Type listed as Note Added.

Direct Txt

You have the option to select one person at a time or multiple people when sending a Direct TXT.  Simply select the people you'd like to send a text to. Once you have selected everyone you'd like to message, select the Bulk Action option in the bottom left corner. The Bulk Action option will also show you a tally of how many people you have selected. If you'd like to select all the people on the screen to send a text, in Bulk Action you can press Select All instead of selecting each person one at a time. Conversely, if you'd like to undo your selection of subscribers select the Deselect All option.

When the messaging window opens, you have the option to select an Audience. You can choose if you'd like to send this message to the Recipient or Recipient + Caregiver. Next you can either free text the message you'd like to send, or if you have already created a Template, you can select from one of those. Note that if you have a Sponsor Code created, this will automatically populate in your message box as well (i.e. SStage). Configure the message you'd like to send  and hit Send when your message is complete.

Once you finish and select Send, Dialog Health will ask you to Confirm if you'd like to send this message to the number of recipients you selected. Choose Confirm if you are ready to send the message or Cancel if you'd like to back out of creating the message.

Once you hit Confirm your Direct TXT will send. To see the message you sent, select the drop down arrow next to the person's name. This will reveal the Messaging History for that person. You will be able to differentiate the message by seeing the Event Type listed as Direct TXT.
