Identify a Person's Mobile Carrier

When troubleshooting why a person may have not been able to receive a text message from your team, it can be helpful to identify what mobile carrier that person is using. Follow the steps below on how to identify a Person's mobile carrier by using the AnalyitcsPRO - Listing Report

1. Navigate to AnalyticsPRO

2. Select the Listing report. 

3. In the left-menu bar, select the Person list. 

Tip: Navigate directly to AnalyticsPRO Listing - Person report by using the quick link found in the Person's tab in your Dialog Health console. 



4. Use the Filters of the report to find who you're looking for! You can search by First/Last Name, Phone Number, PersonID, Date of Birth, and much more! Click HERE to learn more about the Person List in AnalyitcsPRO. 

5. Once you have found the person, look in the Carrier column, to identify what carrier they are using.



What does it mean if the carrier is marked as Unknown or is Blank?

If the carrier is blank, this indicates that no mobile was given for that person. If the carrier is marked as unknown, this person may have provided a Bad Mobile, or a number that is not eligible to receive text messages such as a landline phone.
