How to Login to Dialog Health
Dialog Health is a cloud-based software, accessible anytime, anywhere—no app downloads needed. Just hop online with your computer, and you’re good to go!
Login Instructions
1. Open, https://protocall.dialoghealth.com, in your browser.
a. Dialog Health supports the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Click HERE to check your browser version.
2. From the login screen, select, Forgot Password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and then select, Submit Address.
4. This initiates Dialog Health to send you an email providing a link to set up your password for the first time.
a. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder/junk mail.
b. You must use the link within 24 hours to set your password or the link will expire.
c. When creating your password, please follow the password policy and make sure your caps lock is not on.
Password Policy:
• Password must contain at least one Uppercase Letter
• Password must have at least one digit and one special character
• Password may not have the same character repeated more than twice consecutively
• Password may not be the same as the last used Password
• Password length must be at least 8 characters
