By default, the Inbox will show all messages received on the current day; however you have the ability to filter results for message text, mobile phone number, date range and/or message type.
- Navigate to the Inbox tab
- Enter a date range
- Select Search to see all incoming messages during that time frame.
To see replies for a certain message, enter a unique part of the text message in the ‘Lead sent by system’ box. Select Search.
For example, let's say you want to view all replies to a 3-Day Confirmation Message that reads “Your appt is on <AppointmentDate>. Will you be keeping your appt? Reply YES or NO”. You must select a unique part of that message that doesn't appear in any other text messages and enter it into the 'Lead sent by system' box. In this case, a unique part of the message might be “will you be keeping”
