We are excited to announce another round of enhancements and improvements to the Dialog Health two-way engagement platform. TIMEZONE SELECTOR ADDED TO analyticsPRO:

Travelling? Don't forget to check your timezone! Whether you are on the Pacific, the Atlantic, or somewhere in between, aPRO is not being left behind. With our added Timezone Selector, you can easily view your message, person, and event data according to your preferred timezone.

PERSON HISTORY YOUR WAY AND ON-DEMAND

We've given our Person History view in aPRO a refresh. Instead of navigating back to your console to get the perfect view of a subscribers history, it's now at your fingertips. Clicking on a Persons name in any Diagram List or Listing gives you instant access to their history. The best part? All of the new sorting, filtering, searching, and customization that comes with it.

   

ELIGIBILITY FLEXIBILITY

You asked for more flexibility with who is is considered "Eligible" for a message, we delivered. You now have the ability to exclude certain subsets of messages from your Broadcast Activity reports. Don't worry, your diagrams, exports, and metrics are updated based on your preferences.
