Release Notes v36 Dec.2022

Release Notes v36 Dec.2022

We are excited to announce the release of new functionality and bug-fixes to the Dialog Health's Core Platform + AnalyticsPRO. See below to learn more about the latest revisions: We've added some new features, tinkered with internal workings, and polished some rough edges.

What's New:

  • Auto-Opt-in functionality is here! You can now change your auto Opt-in setting to run multiple times a day, no more waiting around for your Opt-in time. More about hourly Opt-ins here: Auto-Opt-in Campaign
    • The automated Opt-In can occur in the morning to make certain Patient and Appts loaded over the previous day are opted in, while also running throughout the day to make certain any last-minute Patient and Appts are eligible for that evening's messaging.
    • You also no longer have to time your imports before your Opt-In. Now the Opt-In Campaign can now be configured to run at any 60-minute increments you desire.
  • New "Listing" tab added to AnalyticsPRO. Viewing, filtering, and searching events just got a whole lot simpler. Check it out on the Knowledge Base here: About Listing
    • Change what you see! You can now Select-Order-Filter an Appt List. Select only the Columns you care about, OrderColumns how you want to view them and then Filter them on-screen!.
    • Expanded access to the Triage in aPro! We’ve also added the ability to view Appt and Provider information alongside your Triage messages.

CORE Improvements:

  • Screen loading improvements for the Home tab and Patient tab: All messages on Triage that are older than one year will be retired. Don’t worry, you can still access those messages from Inbox!
  • Quick access Triage hyperlink that takes you directly from CORE to aPRO.
  • Ability to have Txt4Info displayed in Triage
  • Inbox/Outbox Search case sensitivity has been removed
  • Added API User Accounts for more scalable integrations

AnalyticsPRO Improvements:

  • Not Reached & Eligible counting Improvements
  • Bulk Texting fix for Filtered Results in Diagram Lists
  • "Response %" versus "Reply %" - Reply rate will tell you what sort of response rate you can expect when a question is asked to patients/employees. Learn more here: What is the Difference Between Response % and Reply %?

Tech Improvements:

  • Security + Performance upgrades: Java & Angular
  • Expanded HL7 mapping integrations
