Browse through our some of our suggested messages. All text messages are fully customizable and can be used on an as-needed basis. 

Keywords

System Keywords are response text messages which will be delivered to people who have interacted with specific functions of the console. Standard Keywords consist of an Opt-In message, Opt-Out message, HELP reply, and an UNKNOWN reply. All incoming text messages will be replied to with a predefined System Reply.

Opt-In Message 

This is the notification text sent to the employee informing them they'll be receiving notifications/text Messages as well as providing some information about the service. The Opt-In is the first message all employees receive after they're opted in and over serves as welcome notification message for the messaging service.  Legally,  Every opt-in message is required to provide a maximum number of messages to be sent (Max 4 SMS/Mo), language about "Msg&Data RatesMayApply", Instructions on opting out by reply texting STOP and Instructions on getting assistance by reply texting HELP.


Opt-Out Message

When an employee replies Stop, an opt-out message is sent to the employee letting him know that he will no longer receive text messages. To be opted back in for text messages, the employee must either contact HR or reply to the opt-out text with the keyword mentioned in the text.




Help Message

A Patient who replies HELP will automatically receive a reply message from the system that provides a little bit more information about what to expect from the messaging service.

Unknown

Unknown messages are the incoming messages from your employees that do not fit into a predefined category such as a flow reply, Help, or Stop.
