Enable 24-Hour Conversational Messaging Window
How Does It Work?
Our Conversational Messaging Window is designed to enhance real-time, back-and-forth conversations between you and your patients or staff. This functionality restricts the number of unknown responses our platform sends within a 24-hour period, promoting a more seamless communication experience while also enabling compliance with the applicable laws and industry best practices.
Enable This Setting Now!
1. Navigate to the *Setup Tab
2. Select the Preferences Sub Tab
3. Select the "Enable 24-Hour Conversational Messaging Window" setting
*You must have admin level privileges in Dialog Health to enable this setting.
Our support line is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
