Dialog Health can host a templated mobile-friendly website where your customers or employees, etc. can submit their information and join your text message notification system. In the webform example below, you'll see that your templated webform is customizable with your brand title (top left) and your choice of a hero image.
You can distribute via emailing the link, displaying it on a post or part of marketing outreach, or use DH text 4 info. Mobile websites are great way to get your employees/new hires the important information they need.

1) Create a branded Web Opt-In form
You will work with Dialog Health to create a customized Web Opt-In
form that captures all the employee data you need, with the branding
you want.
2) Get the Web Opt-In link to your employees
You can send an all-company email with a link (left image), or you can
put a flyer in the break room with a number for employees to text to
receive the link (right image).
3) Employees complete the Web Opt-In form
4) Start texting your employees with important company updates!
